A warm welcome awaits you at “Le Pas des Aigles” Le Pas des Aigles is a former winemakers house converted into 2 comfortably furnished gites. Each sleeps up to 8 adults in four bedrooms. There is a fenced swimming pool and play area in the 3 acres of gardens. Babies and small children are very welcome, with a lot of equipment available. The Gironde has many quiet and undiscovered beauty spots. The climate is good, the summers are long and the winters short. In June, July and August a swimming pool is essential. We are situated among the peaceful vineyards around Blaye, to the north of Bordeaux, centrally located for touring the wine regions of St Emilion and Medoc, the Atlantic beaches of Royan and Arcachon, or exploring Bordeaux, the 6^th city of France. The area is popular with cyclists and ramblers as it is very pretty and the roads are quiet. There is a variety of shops and restaurants within a 15 minute drive.
