Availability - Les Magnolias & Les Lauriers

Please check the availability of our gites below to ensure that the required period is free and telephone (00 33 5 57 42 42 60) or e-mail k+g@gites-blaye.co.uk to confirm the provisional booking.  Then print the Booking Form and Terms & Conditions.  Complete them both and post together with a deposit cheque for 25% of the total cost, made payable to Karen Phillips, to 3 Le Pas des Aigles, 33920 SAUGON, France.  The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival, together with the security deposit.  Please note that this will be banked and then reimbursed after your stay. 

Alternatively payment can be made by on-line direct transfer in either Sterling or Euros.  

We also welcome credit cards and PayPal, this is subject to a 3% transaction fee.

Change over day is Saturday for both gites for July & August, for the remainder of the year we can be more flexible.  We do ask that you leave by 10am and arrive after 4pm to allow time for us to prepare your accommodation.  Prices include water, electricity, gas, linen and towels (except swimming towels).  The pool is open May-September.
